A perfect blend of cardiovascular and strength training, the 60-minute Orangetheory group sessions are a great full body workout. Our trainers will lead you through multiple intervals of treadmill training, indoor rowing, TRX suspension training, weight training blocks, and floor exercises that will challenge you.
Heart rate monitors are used during your Orange 60 session to ensure that you are getting the most efficient calorie burn. Our sessions are designed to keep your heart rate within a target zone to stimulate your metabolism and increase energy. Adults and teenagers ages 16 years and older are welcome to participate in our Orange 60 sessions. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.
